I have been vegetarian since childhood and from there the step to vegan was quite easy. My partner comes from Italy and I was born in Lisbon. Our cooking varies between adaptations from our countries, or/and new foods we tried during our travels. Always with the seasons in mind.
Sometimes it is just a craving for a specific vegetable or fruit which creates a dish.
